CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION

Have a current Certificate of Inspection prior to being operated. Certification includes all fly jibs, attachments and lattice boom extensions.

MARKED WITH ALL INFORMATION

Be permanently marked with all necessary information in relation to it's safe operation

DOCUMENTED INFORMATION

Have all documented information necessary to ensure the safe operation of the crane, and demonstrate it's compliance with PECPR Regulations. This must be readily accessible for inspection.

OPERATED BY A COMPETENT OPERATOR

Be operated by a competent person who can prove this competenty if required.

Safe for Use

The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSW ACT) and Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways Regulations 1999 (PECPR Regulations) (Section 10(2), 21(b), 8(3)-(5)) require all cranes to be safe for use. This means all cranes must have:
